Motherhood is the most beautiful experience there is—but it comes with exhaustion, busy schedules, and stretching yourself to do it all. WE moms can do it all and still find time to pause and find quiet moments with God.

If' you’ve felt distant in your prayer life or unsure of how to connect with God during this new motherhood season, I’m here to help. Prayer does not have to be long or wordy. It can be a whisper while rocking your baby, a deep breath in the middle of a busy morning and taking that moment to connect with God. Or even a short journal entry before starting the day or before going to bed. It all counts as you rebuild or refresh your connection with God.

Here are five simple prayer prompts that can help you slow down, refocus, and invite God into your daily rhythm of motherhood. Whether you’re in the newborn trenches or learning to balance life as a busy mom, may these moments of prayer remind you—you’re never walking this road alone. God’s got you.
